There are two ways to check which version of Google Chrome you have installed on your computer, tablet, or phone:
One is through the user-friendly About Chrome page in the Settings menu, and the other is through the developer-friendly About Version page that you can only access through a URL you have to type into the browser’s address bar.
The About Chrome page only gives the browser version.
The About Version page, on the other hand, gives information about the operating system, the user agent, the version of JavaScript at the time of the check, and a number of other things.
If you only want to check the browser version, use the first option. If you’re a developer—or want to share technical information with a support team—use the second option.
This tutorial will show you how to do both, with step-by-step instructions and screenshots, on your computer and on your phone. So if you came here to learn how to do this, read on.

From the About Chrome Page in Settings
Step 1: Fire up Google Chrome on your computer.
