Make Google Chrome Your Default Browser

Step 1: Launch Google Chrome.

Step 2: Click on the icon with the three dots in the upper right corner.

To go straight to the “Default browser” page in Google Chrome’s settings, you can also type chrome://settings/defaultBrowser in the address bar—just as you would for a normal web page—then press Enter.

Step 5: Check if Google Chrome is your default browser.

If it is, you will see a page that says, “Google Chrome is your default browser.”
